Words do not do the re-sculpted and sweeping lines of the category-changing A4 justice. Seeing it in person does. But its striking looks do have a purpose. Designed to channel air efficiently and quietly over, under and around the body of the A4 results in better efficiency. But there's more. Because gaps and seams in the body can contribute to greater aerodynamic drag, we've minimized these significantly.

Advanced Technology

Audi has long embraced the innovation that technology can bring. In the category-changing A4, we've incorporated some especially useful systems.

The BI-Xenon™ lights featuring LED daytime running lights offer not only a longer lifespan, but a reduction in energy consumption as well. And Audi adaptive cruise control enables the driver (when the cruise control is engaged) to avoid an accident by detecting slower traffic ahead and slowing the car automatically. Audi valve lift regulates valve stroke for maximum efficiency and power. And FSI Direct Injection also enhances fuel economy* and increases power by making the most of every drop of fuel.
